Warriors publish Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Plan

Warriors Rugby Club has been working on an Equality Plan for over a year, and it was adopted at the club's annual general meeting on February 24th. On January 27th, all members were invited to an ideation and review session.
The three main club-wide equality objectives are:
1. Ensure equality and inclusion are embedded throughout club policies, rules, and values
2. Promote inclusion of all members of society in club activities
3. Commit to principles of fair play at all levels of rugby
The next steps will be to work on the concrete equality actions outlined in the plan, for example to develop an equality statement, a harassment policy, and to further define the club's values.
